1. Damaged or defective products
If the product you received is damaged, broken, or not working:
- You have up to 5 days from receipt of the order to contact us.
- It is mandatory to send photos or videos damage clearances, along with the order number.
Once validated, you can choose between:
- Shipping of a new product (free of charge)
- Full or partial refund (as applicable)
2. Wrong product
If you received a product different from the one you ordered:
- Write to us within the 5 days after delivery
- Attach photos of the item received and screenshots of your original order.
After verification:
- We will send you the correct product free of charge.
- Or we will refund you the corresponding amount.
3. We do not accept physical returns
Since we work with international shipments through dropshipping, We do not accept physical returns. You don't need to return the product: if your claim is valid, you'll receive a refund or replacement.
4. Refunds for non-delivery
You can request a full refund if:
- They spent more than 60 days since you placed the order and you didn't receive it
- Tracking indicates a delivery error by the supplier
In these cases, we will process your full refund within 3 to 7 business days.
5. Refunds for change of mind
We do not accept refunds if:
- You changed your mind after placing the order
- You entered your address incorrectly and the product could not be delivered.
- The order is already in transit
