The products listed on the site are offered subject to availability and are available from third-party suppliers. Prices are expressed in US dollars (USD) and include taxes, but do not necessarily include shipping costs, unless otherwise indicated.
3. Purchasing process
Upon completion of an order, the customer will receive an automatic confirmation email. The order processing and dispatch from the supplier will then begin. The customer agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information at the time of purchase.
4. Payment methods
Payments are made through PayPal and/or Stripe. Both methods offer security and protection for both the buyer and the merchant.
5. Shipments
The customer declares that he understands that the products are shipped from countries such as China, so the estimated delivery time varies between 15 and 45 business days. Prindio is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics, customs, strikes, or force majeure events.
6. Exchanges, returns and refunds
