Shipping Policy

In Prindio we work under a global dropshipping model through our verified suppliers. DSers and platforms like AliExpress. Below, we explain how we manage shipping times and conditions.


1. Processing time

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days upon payment confirmation. Once processed, the order is shipped directly from the international supplier's warehouse.


2. Estimated delivery time

Our products are shipped from different countries (mainly China), therefore, the Estimated delivery time is 15 to 45 business days, depending on your location and the logistics method.

For Argentina and LATAM, the average time is:

  • Standard Shipping: 25 to 40 business days
  • Tracking available: In most cases, yes

3. Shipping costs

  • Many products have free shipping.
  • In some cases, a fixed cost of $1 USD per product to cover shipments with tracking.

The final cost will always be visible before completing your purchase.


4. Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you the tracking code along with instructions for tracking your package.

You can also enter the section Tracing on our site to check the status of your order with your order number.


5. Delays and exceptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs retentions
  • Postal strikes
  • Extreme weather factors
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

6. Delivery address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is complete and correct at the time of placing the order. Refunds are not accepted if the package cannot be delivered due to an address error.


7. Didn't receive your order?

If it has been more than 60 business days from the date of purchase and you have not received your product yet, you can request a full refund.
